Privacy

• Veils by Roxanne/Custom Stitches by Roxanne respects privacy and will not share your information with anyone.  Your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, wedding date, credit card and any other information will not be shared with anyone.  It will only be used for the fulfillment of your order or to answer any of your questions, quote requests or emails.

• We will not automatically send you our email newsletter.  If you would like to receive it you must sign up on our website, there's a place for that in the left column right below the the list of store categories.

• One email invitation to our brief feedback survey will be send for each purchase made.  We value your feedback but will not pester you.  Completing the feedback survey will not add you to any mailing list.

Payment

• PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders or cashiers checks are accepted.

• Note International payments are PayPal or Credit Card only.

• We do not accept Personal Checks, however PayPal will allow you to pay by electronic check

• Debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo are accepted

• Payment must be made within 7 days. If paying by money order or cashiers check, it must be postmarked within 7 days. Please send an email when you mail payment so we know it is coming.

Veils

• Your new custom veil will be created for you once payment & confirmation have been received.
• No design changes once confirmation is OKed.
• Allow 10 days for production before your veil is shipped. Production begins once we have both your OKed confirmation and your payment. Allow for shipment to travel via mail. (Plain, cut edge, unembellished mantilla veils ship in 24 hours)
• Rush production may be possible, $25.00. Please email or call to check if our current sales volume will allow it.
• When your veil is ready you will receive a shipping notice email.

• Insurance is recommended.
• Returnable within 3 days of receipt
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping and 25% restocking fee, as our veils are custom made.

Tiaras, Hair Accessories and Evening Bags

• Allow up to 10 business days before your Tiara, Hair Accessory or evening bag is shipped. Allow additional time for the shipment to travel by mail.
• We will email shipping updates.
• Need it sooner? Please ask us before you purchase. We can often ship sooner, but it's not always possible.
• Returnable within 3 days of receipt for exchange or refund, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Insurance is highly recommended. Uninsured items cannot be replaced if lost or damaged during shipping.
